The
Chart! documentation method is designed on the standard
H&P and SOAP Note formats. The program lays out
the structure of the documentation and you choose descriptors
(phrases) from lists that you develop yourself. The descriptor lists
can be "personalized" for each individual practitioner and can have "common"
or "shared" descriptors. This allows multiple practitioners from the same
practice to highly individualize the program to his or her daily
needs.
Templates - You may build your own H&P and SOAP Note
Templates. You may do this by using past entries or by free text
template development.
Voice Recogniton(VR) -
Although VR is not integral to The Chart!, you may
use Dragon NaturallySpeaking within the program. This greatly augments
the flexibility of The Chart!. visit

Save old records, photos and
x-ray film using your scanner then map the images to the patient's
record. You may use.jpeg, .bmp, .pdf, .gif. to store your
images.
MySQL - This low cost database management system has terabyte-size
capability. It is a swift & stable data management program that helps
keep the cost of development low.
