DescriptMED offers an alternative license program for The Chart!.  Your practice may purchase individual patient slots
rather than purchase the full license.   

Per patient charge is $1.50 for each new patient record slot. You may enter as much information as you wish into each record.

The initial purchase requires a purchase of 400 patient slots at a price of $695.00 plus tax.  After that time you may
purchase additional patient slots in the following increments:

 250 patient slots            =  $375.00

 500 patient slots            =  $750.00

 750 patient slots             =  $1000.00 ($1.33/patient slot)

1000 patient slots            =  $1200.00 ($1.20/patient slot)

If you wish to convert to the regular license fee, you may do so after you have purchased a total of 4500 patient slots
including the initial 400.  The conversion cost will be a minimum of $300 will covert to the annual  license/support/update 
program.
