Known Issues for Song Solution Worship Planner
- Access Database Read/Write Permissions MUST be set - Go to ThisPC - file:///C:/Program Files (x86)/PHSF - find PHSF.accdb - Right click - Properties - Security and set the appropriate user to have Full Control of the file. This Video may help.
- November 2019 - Access Query Corrupted by Windows Updates - Fix posted by Microsoft here
- Trend Micro Antivirus will quarantine the PHSF.exe file - Appropriate permissions must be given.
- March 9, 2020 - Windows 10 update created a connectivity
problem which requires repairing or re-installing the
AccessRuntime_x64 or AccessRuntime_x86 file which loads the Access 2013 runtime files on
your computer. Re-download the 64bit file

here then run "Repair". Reboot if needed.
- This appears to be a recurring problem as of March 9, 2020 - If you click on the Song Solution icon and it does not load, then run the repair.
